" Dude, this is not Customer Care, its Customer Scare ! " - my response to one of the customer (s)care representatives of a leading mobile phone services company in India, after facing its frustrating service on numerous occasions. Even scarier was his response, after hearing my parting shot, the dude simply laughed !!!
